At Ada Lazorgan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, items in their original, unopened condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and include your original invoice and authorization code.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
